Go naked in front of the mirror and accept yourself as you are. Be your own best friend and give yourself some love and kindness.
2. Write Your Likes And Dislikes
Accept what you like and dislike about yourself so that you can create something new and better.
3. Use Your Imagination
Imagine, with your eyes closed, how you want to show up in your relationships. Don't take this for granted or you slip back to old ways. Also, imagine how fulfilling you would like the relationship to be, whether that is with a work colleague or your spouse. All relationships are essential to health and well being.
