1. Self-analyse

How did you feel? What could you have done better? Keep your mind alert to being the best you can be, that way you will develop your strengths and life will be more authentic.

2. Visualise

See in your visual mind the person you wish to be and step into the feeling. This stepping into action allows you to experience the feeling of self confidence and then you are more likely to be it.
